Q: What is your shipping process and how long does shipping take?

A: All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow up to 2 Business days for orders to being processing. Once processed, you should receive your order within 2-3 Business days.

Q: How do I track my order? 

A: You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via USPS: Find the USPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email sent from Simple Sexy. click on the tracking number link to view your item ( s ) details. If clicking on the link doesn't work automatically, visit Tracking | USPS and enter your tracking number to track your order shipment. * Please allow 24 Hours for your shipment information to update.

Q: What is your Return Policy? 

A: Simple Sexy offers 7 Days from original purchase date to Exchange ONLY. No cash / credit refund offered ONLY Store Credit. All accessories, undergarments, bodysuits, and items that are discounted ( SALE )  are FINAL SALE. ALL OUT-OF-STATE returns must be processed by email at info@shopsimplesexy.com

 

Q: What payment options do you accept? 

A: Simple Sexy accepts payments options from AfterPay, Apple Pay, Simple Sexy Gift Cards, Credit Card, Debit Card

Q: What are your online store hours?

A: We operate online 24/7 , However our communication via email operates Monday through Saturday 9 am - 6 pm

Q: Do you restock items?

A: Yes, all restocks are announced on all social media platforms  @simplesexyboutique and via email info@shopsimplesexy.com

Q: When are new arrivals available? 

A: We launch new arrivals on Friday mornings at 8am via online, behind the scenes are posted through out the week of new arrivals release day.

Q: Can items be picked up? 

A: Yes, locally orders are available for pick up during Simple Sexy scheduled pick up time, that will be given to customer once order has been processed then email will be sent. You MUST show your ID and order confirmation number. NO alternate pick up person at this time. NO exceptions!
